  1. Do you ship C.O.D? No we do not.

  2. When will I receive my order? All items will be shipped in a timely manner, allowing for proper production time. Production time varies with each manufacturer. The more choices for finishes or glass options usually means longer lead times. Many of our warehouses ship in 2-3 days.  During busy seasons, shipping may take longer.  Some build to order/special orders may take 3-4 weeks, contact us for details.

  3. How does the billing work? Your credit card will be billed the day your order is placed with us.  If the item is back ordered at the time of ordering then your card will be charged 50% and the balance when the item is ready to ship.

  4. I am looking for an exact fixture or manufacturer and do not see it on our site? Contact us via e-mail, phone, or fax and we will do our best to locate it for you.

  5. My order appears to be damaged by the shipper, what do I do? Every effort is made to package products so they arrive to you safely. However, sometimes the shipping companies are extraordinarily rough, in that case, CALL US FIRST. Second, save all packing materials. We will contact the shipper or manufacturer for you. If it is an item such as glass or small part, a replacement will be sent from the manufacturer. If there is more extensive damage, the item will have to be picked up and a new one sent out. Do not return items with out contacting us first for and RGA number.
