Shipping
Free Ground Shipping and handling on orders over $100, in the contiguous 48 United States is included. Note: orders under $100 will be charged a $10.00 shipping and handling fee.
 

Truck Freight - Large items

Larger items will ship via truck freight. Items shipped freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only and may incur a $75 oversized item surcharge; for any additional delivery needs or questions, please contact our sales professionals at (800) 604-9418 or Live Chat. Truck freight orders require that someone is available to accept the delivery. Most carriers will contact you to set up a delivery time, usually a 2-4 hour appointment window during normal business hours.

If the carrier is unable to contact the customer, the customer will then be responsible for any storage fees, freight charges back to the manufacturer in addition to the original shipment expense.

 
Member Points
As an incentive to our visitors to become long term customers, we have added a member point program.  Each item you purchase at Light Shoppe will give you member points.  These points have a percent value that may be applied to future purchases.  The Member Points and eqivilent dollar value will be displayed in the cart the next time you make a purchase and you may use them or continue to accumulate them for future purchases.
 

Price Match Policy

 Light Shoppe, Inc. provides one of the lowest manufactures’s pricing levels available on the internet. If you find a lower price within seven days of placing your order or during the purchasing process, Light Shoppe, Inc will match that price as long as the request meets the following criteria.

 

1. Price matching will only be honored from manufacturer authorized online dealers in

good standing with the manufacturer.  You have seven days, from the date of the original order, to submit your request.

2.  The website must be an online competitor and not a local retail store and 
     showroom  

3. You must email us the exact URL of the online ad you wish us to consider.  Emails

     should be sent to info@lightshoppe.com.
4.  The product is in stock and available for immediate shipment from the competitor

5.  Light Shoppe, Inc. follows the manufacturers’ internet pricing policies, and

     may not be able to sell products below these pricing levels.

6.  Light Shoppe, Inc customer service will review each customer pricing request

     considering competitor’s pricing, fees, shipping, offer dating and any other pertinent

     fees and policies to assure the offering is identical to Light Shoppe’s offering.

7.  Light Shoppe, Inc. Customer Service Department will review each request in the    

     order received and get back to the customer within one business day (M-F)

8.  The final decision to honor or disallow a price match will be made                          
    by Light Shoppe, Inc's management team.
 
Credit Card
Please note that when you place your order with us we will bill your credit card the same day. If the item is back ordered at the time of ordering then your card will be charged 50% and the balance when the item is ready to ship.  We normally then allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Some companies such as Troy, Crystorama and Eurofase may have longer lead times in the area of 4 weeks. Please rest assured that we will ship your fixture to you as soon as we can. Most orders will be shipped to you UPS Ground, but other shipping options are available upon request, at an additional cost.

 
Customer Service/Returns
At Lightshoppe.com, we pride ourselves on service before, during and after the sale. That's why we have our 100% No Risk Guarantee policy on stock items.

The Guarantee, ensures that:
You can return your stock items within seven days if you are not completely satisfied with you order. Custom made items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Items must be returned in their original carton and in a saleable condition. You must call our office at 616-738-1734 or 800-604-9418 to obtain an RGA number which must be written on the outside of the box. Do not ship items back with out this number as we will not know who to credit for the return. Do not ship the product back to the manufacture as all returns must be shipped to our warehouse for credit. (Return freight charges are your responsibility. Your package should be insured to cover loss or damage in transit when returning product to us), (Installed fixtures, or fixtures with cut wires can not be returned)
  • All manufacturer warranties are in effect to guard against manufacturer defects.
  • If you find any items to be damaged, we will either fix them to your satisfaction or take them back.
  • There will be a 25% restocking charge on custom made items.
  • With our secure server, you can be confident in making purchases by credit card.
