Truck Freight - Large items
Larger items will ship via truck freight. Items shipped freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only and may incur a $75 oversized item surcharge; for any additional delivery needs or questions, please contact our sales professionals at (800) 604-9418 or Live Chat. Truck freight orders require that someone is available to accept the delivery. Most carriers will contact you to set up a delivery time, usually a 2-4 hour appointment window during normal business hours.
If the carrier is unable to contact the customer, the customer will then be responsible for any storage fees, freight charges back to the manufacturer in addition to the original shipment expense.
Please note that when you place your order with us we will bill your credit card the same day. This is because the companies that manufacture your fixtures require payment immediately. We normally then allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Some companies such as Triarch, Crystorama and Eurofase may have longer lead times in the area of 4 weeks on special items. Please rest assured that we will ship your fixture to you as soon as we can. Most orders will be shipped to you UPS Ground, but other shipping options are available upon request.

* Returns
LightShoppe.com offers a no-hassle return policy. Follow the instructions below:
1. To return an item, you must call Lights Shoppe, Inc Customer Service within 7 days from the original receipt of product date and obtain an RGA Number.
2. Clearance items are sold as is and are not subject to return, except for damaged or defective merchandise.
3. Custom made items are not returnable unless they were damaged in transit or have a manufacturing defect.
4. All return items must arrive back to LightShoppe.com in resalable condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled (with no cut or clipped wires, or contact with water.) The items must arrive with the original packaging and accessories. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
5. Contact LightShoppe.com (Customer Support or toll free at 1-800-604-9418) during Customer Support hours for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
6. Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return.
7. Write your Return Authorization Number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned.
8. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to LightShoppe.com. If the return is due to a LightShoppe.com error, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact LightShoppe.com Customer Support during Customer Support hours for return authorization and instructions.
9. Shipping charges are not refundable unless item is defective or damaged.
